ART FOR A CAUSE
Robby Krieger has created a never-before-seen work of art titled “Light My Fire” inspired by the classic hit song he composed as a member of the legendary band – The Doors.
Now, through the charity services organization, ART FOR A CAUSE, limited edition, giclee prints of this beautiful painting will, for the first time, be available to directly benefit charitable organizations. The original painting is prominently displayed in Robby Krieger’s private recording studio “Horse Latitudes” in California. Due to Robby’s personal attachment to this particular piece, it will always remain in his private possession and is currently not for sale.
Art For a Cause’s introductory offering will feature two versions;
- Limited edition giclee canvas print
- Limited edition giclee print on archival rag paper
Both editions will come complete with custom framing and certificate of authenticity.
The paper prints will be presented in an edition size of 1,967 images with an image size of 26 inches x 15 inches (the song “Light My Fire was released in 1967 and earned the #1 spot on the Billboard charts)
The more limited canvas edition will feature 967 pieces with an image size of 36 inches x 22 inches.
